By booking a service with Little Sticky Seat Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided
We offer cleaning services for car seats and related child travel gear (“Seats”). All services must be scheduled in advance. Availability may vary.

2. Appointments & Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may result in a 20% no-show fee.
If we arrive for porch pickup and the seat is not available, this may also be treated as a no-show.

3. Payment
Payment is due at the time of booking or service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Accepted payment methods may include Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or other platforms as listed on our website.

4. Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for:
Making the car seat available for porch pickup during your agreed scheduled time
Removing all personal items from the seat before service
Ensuring prompt retrieval of the cleaned item if porch drop-off is used
We are not responsible for any personal items left in or with the car seat.

5. Cleaning Standards & Results
We follow each car seat manufacturer’s cleaning guidelines and only use baby-safe, non-toxic, fragrance-free products.
While we strive to achieve excellent results, some stains or odors may be permanent due to prior wear, materials, or buildup.
We do not guarantee full stain or odor removal, and are not responsible for pre-existing damage, fading, or wear.

6. Liability & Safety
We clean Seats responsibly and according to manufacturer recommendations. However:
We are not liable for any post-cleaning issues including damage, malfunction, or injury (including in the event of a car accident)
It is the parent or guardian’s responsibility to inspect, reinstall, and ensure the car seat is safe and properly functioning after service
If in doubt, please refer to your seat’s manual or contact the manufacturer.
